Picking up a vehicle from our yard
If your car was towed after an accident or from private property, here's how to get it back without a second trip.
1. Call first
Call 419-339-0083 with the plate or VIN. We'll confirm the vehicle is here, tell you the balance, and set a time so the gate is staffed.
2. Bring
- Valid photo ID
- Proof of ownership — registration or title
- Written authorization plus a copy of the owner's ID if you're picking up for someone else
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or cash
3. Insurance claims
Give your adjuster our address, phone, and fax. We can release directly to the insurer's transporter or a body shop once they authorize it — no need for you to come out.
